Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel

A gel-cream built on dimethicone and hyaluronic acid - light, with one mid-rated conditioning ester.

Hydro Boost Water Gel is an oil-free gel-cream: its slip comes from dimethicone (non-comedogenic) and its hydration from several weights of hyaluronic acid. Most of the INCI list scores 0.

The one mid-rated ingredient is oleth-10, an emulsifier that keeps the gel from separating. Published ratings place it around 2-3; it is a common trigger for very clog-prone skin but fine for most people.
