Effaclar Duo(+) is an anti-blemish treatment with niacinamide, zinc and keratolytic actives. The base is water-light with silicone and glycerin, and nearly everything in it rates 0-1 for clogging.
The two ingredients to know are the exfoliating actives themselves: isocetyl stearate and isopropyl lauroyl sarcosinate carry low-to-moderate comedogenic scores in published lists. They are deliberately paired with actives that keep pores clear, so most users tolerate the formula well.
